Community Guidelines

Date of Revision: 19 June 2026

Speak4AI (the "Service"), operated by DevPro s.r.o., is an AI language-tutor platform. Users practice foreign languages by text-chatting and video-calling with friendly AI tutors. These Community Guidelines set the standards of behavior for everyone who uses the Service. By using the Service, you agree to follow these guidelines.

1. Respect and Safety

a) Treat your AI tutors with courtesy. Although they are AI-generated characters, the Service works best when interactions stay respectful and constructive.

b) Use the Service for genuine language practice — conversation, vocabulary, pronunciation, comprehension, and related learning goals.

c) Do not use the Service to plan, coordinate, or promote any real-world harmful, illegal, or violent activity.

d) Do not use the Service to generate content intended to harass, threaten, or intimidate any real person.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following is strictly prohibited on the Service. For the full list, see our Prohibited Content & Acceptable Use Policy.

a) Abuse and harassment: Abusing, harassing, or directing hateful or demeaning language at the AI tutors or at any other person.

b) Misusing or jailbreaking the AI: Attempting to manipulate, "jailbreak," or otherwise coax the AI tutors into producing harmful, illegal, or otherwise prohibited output, or trying to bypass the Service's safety and moderation systems.

c) Illegal use: Using the Service for any purpose that violates local, national, or international law, including content related to illegal drugs, weapons, terrorism, or fraud.

d) Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

e) Violence and self-harm: Content that glorifies, encourages, or provides instructions for violence, self-harm, or suicide.

f) Content involving minors: Any attempt to use the Service to produce sexual, exploitative, or otherwise harmful content involving minors. See our Minors Policy.

g) Impersonation: Attempting to impersonate real individuals, public figures, or other users with deceptive intent.

h) Platform abuse: Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or circumvent platform safety measures, rate limits, automation controls, or content moderation systems.

3. Your Responsibility

a) You are solely responsible for the content you generate through your interactions with the AI tutors. The AI responds based on your input and selected parameters.

b) You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction when using the Service.

c) Do not share sensitive personal information (financial details, addresses, passwords) in conversations with the AI tutors.

d) Keep your account secure. Do not share your login credentials with others.

4. Content is AI-Generated

All AI tutors are fictional characters. Their responses are generated by artificial intelligence and do not represent real people, real opinions, or real offers. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is coincidental and unintended.

While the Service is designed to support language learning, AI-generated content can be inaccurate. Do not rely on it as factual information, professional advice, or as a substitute for human interaction where real-world consequences are involved.

5. Enforcement

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in:

a) Warning or temporary restriction of features; b) Content removal; c) Temporary or permanent account suspension; d) Reporting to law enforcement authorities (for serious violations).

The severity of enforcement depends on the nature and frequency of the violation. Serious violations (such as content exploiting minors or threats of violence) result in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities.

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it:

a) Using the in-app reporting feature; b) By email at [email protected].

For the full reporting and appeals process, see our Content Removal and Complaints Policy.
